"Not long after Crystal came to our home, it was clear she was going to be a 'problem dog'. Developing an issue with her front legs, she needed to be out with someone who can take their time with her and be patient while she goes at her own pace. Struggling for time, After meeting Nicole at the Vet's where crystal was being treated, i asked her for some advice and help on how i can give my dog the walk she needs. Even though she is not in the Arnold area, she offered to come twice a week and spend 1 hour out with her, to give her the playtime and tailored exercise she needs."

"Patch was brought for my son for his 16th Birthday, and they were inseparable, when my son moved away to university, i struggled to walk Patch due to his strength and the fact he didn't like other dogs, i just couldn't control him. After contacting Pooch Parcels for advise, Jack and Nicole came to meet Patch and spent time with him. Patch took an instant liking to Jack and he took the time to get to know Patch and build a bond. They now enjoy hourly walks 4 times a week."

Pet Sitting:
"Having a Bearded Dragon made going away on family holidays difficult. George never settled in a "holiday viv" which meant i had to move his whole set up everytime, even for a weekend break and it became tedious, something would always get broken. After coming across the Pooch Parcel website, i asked Jack and Nicole if they could pop in once a day just to fed him and make sure everything was okay. They chopped fresh veg for him everyday and I was very impressed with their service and how little it costs.

Now that you finally have a page, I can write a review. I asked Pooch Parcels to look after my 4 indoor Guinea pigs when I had to leave
quickly for a few days for work obligations. I was nervous as I had obviously never met (who I now know) Nicole before and didn't really feel comfortable about handing my house key over to a stranger. She was so helpful in regards to my time sensitive situation and I expressed my concern about handing my door key over. I can 100% say
that I had nothing at all to worry about. The service received was exceptional. One of my pigs is blind so she obviously requires A certain amount of extra care which I informed Nicole about. I gave her
my telephone number and she text each one of the three days I was away. I have booked again for August when I go away for a week and I have absolutely no doubt that my pigs are in good hands. Nicole and Jack are wonderful people, thank you.
